6. Not Preparing the Site

Motor oil, gasoline, cleaning chemicals, pesticides, propane tanks, paint, batteries, lightbulbs, tires, and aerosol cans are all considered hazardous waste and should not be thrown out in a dumpster. These items could result in additional fines from your rental company.
